More Information
Ersilia uses AI to support researchers working in resource-limited countries. Together, they develop tools to speed up experiments and reduce the cost of developing new drugs.
Ersilia is building the first AI-powered, open-source tool to streamline the generation of antimicrobial drug candidates, focusing on neglected tropical diseases that affect the Global South. It is growing a community of open science enthusiasts collectively contributing to free, accessible AI tools for research; supporting students, early career researchers, and principal investigators in their active research projects; and equipping drug discovery centers in the Global South with AI infrastructure to enhance their research capabilities.
